ABOUT FEA SOLUTIONS

With over 15 years experience in engineering design and development consultancy, we opened our first office in the UK in 2003. Since, we have served a steadily expanding and highly satisfied customer base with our expertise in Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Product Optimisation.

With our background in CAD modelling as the foundation, we moved into the area of stress analysis and Finite Element Analysis modelling and this has been our main area of activity since. With our experience in aerospace, we are used to ensure that even highly stressed components work safely for their intended life.

Over the years, we have helped companies to develop all kinds of products by improving their design and performance, during the early design stages or even on finished products, enabling them to become or remain, successful in their respective markets. We are also proud to have contributed to a number of patents.

FEA Projects

We have experience based on several thousand simulation models completed, each comprising of a number of load scenarios. For many of these projects, tests were subsequently conducted. In all cases, the test results confirmed the accuracy of our analyses.
